Listen, some wheelspin in the really tight corners are acceptable as a trade off, it's better then getting it sideways as that generally brakes the car.
You have to realize that you can't always have 100% grip both accelerating and steering in every situation, if you did the car would understeer like a pig. Use the accelerator with moderation and waaaaait for the car to come out of the turn before you slam the right foot down. H3ll, even F1 has traction control...
