ever since i saw what this guy did, i've been dreaming of getting a sawzall & welder & putting an alfa v6 in the middle of a scirocco. of course, a mid engine alfetta would seem easier as maybe you leave the TA in place & just shorten the driveshaft. not sure if that would work or if there's enough room. and with a scirocco, you'd definetily have to adapt the tranny & driveshafts.
anyways, that is genious how he used the subframe from a golf 2 and turned it around for the rear suspension.
