Dog bone upper engine mount aka lollipop or even upper engine mount. U-shaped yoke end attaches to mount on rear head which has or had a silent block molded rubber insulated bushing pressed into mount lug on rear head.
There is an adjustment turn buckle threaded into U yoke end and lollipop end so to adjust you have to have both jam nuts loose to turn turnbuckle threaded rod.
Lollipop end bolted to chassis upper mount with bolt and anchor nut.
Only adjustment you need to make is so bolts slip easily into chassis mount and head mounting holes when engine at rest on lower mounts.
Be sure bushing rubber in head mount is in good shape as well as rubber in lollipop end.
Poly bushing kits are avialable to replace worn out rubber mount bushings.
