The Bosch #0 390 326 002 wiper motor IS a 2 speed. The three wires, at least on our NOS spare, are red, white & green (coincidence?). The red wire is the 'park' circuit and is always hot. The green wire is 'high' speed and the white, when powered WITH the green, is 'low'speed.
