yes same thing ... when wheel is heavy negative cambered cambered tire profile at the surface distort and become cone . this rolling cone do not want to folwo stright line and generate lateral load that is same as zero camber wheel with toe in so -4 degrees camber and 6mm toe in doesnt sound right for me
