The Starter
One question has been is would the 1600 starter reliably(repeat, reliably) handle the load of the 2 L with 10.4 cr?
The 2 L starter wont fit this instal, and the old one is barely handling it.
Options included rebuilding the old one, get one from a GTA, get a reduction-geared one, or the "lightweight permanent magnet high output" one from Alfaholics.
The 8-tooth Alfaholics one designed for the mechanical clutch instal will be sent out next week.
