Toe out (excessive) would wear out the inside of the tire just like large negative camber. Isn't this similar to the 164 recommendations from Centerline to run toe in between 4-6mm?

My old lowered 164 ran about 2.5 degrees and they tend to run alot of negative camber. Of course it had great grip with that much camber!
