First, welcome to the BB!

Nicely restored GTVs range from upper teens to low twenties. This car however, is not just a "nicely restored" example. If I were the owner, I would be looking for at least mid-twenties, based on the pics. (An opinion is no subsititute for an inspection, so if you are serious, don't bypass this sensible step.)
