Are you talking about the headlights or tailights. If its the headlight yes they are the same.

Yes the Berlina 1750 and 2000 are exact the same bodies/chassis, except the engine, dashboard, tailights, headlights, grill, seats, hubcaps. Also the Berlina 2000 has LSD (limited slip differential).
In my opinion if you have a 1750 Berlina you should keep it 1750 style and replace the engine with a 2.0 liter.
