That's a version of the F1 turbo engine designed by Gianni Tonti for the 1987 season. Noting to do with GTA/GTAm/F2 16v/etc.
Fitted in a Ligier during winter testings, program cancelled under pretext because Fiat didn't want Alfa to compete against Ferrari in F1. Poor reliability, never went beyond preliminay tests.
I have full specs somewhere, but not at hand. I seem to remember that the topic has already been raised on the BB. 1500cc, and an estimated output of 800+ HP in race tuning.
