I think it is from a mid-80s Spider, which has the LS.
Completion by late March would be ideal. Gordon Raymond has provided some encouraging notes based upon his experience.
The thinking is that the engine will deliver 150 chp at least. Assume the weight at 2050 lbs and the ratio comes out at 13.6.
This compares with the Turbo Wagon(my daily driver) at 3300 and about 250 chp, or 13.2 lbs/hp.
Perhaps the Spider can use AWD?
