I surely can believe that if someone does not know how to get at information, a little missing bit can hobble him. I had the same problem of missing information (coupled with some misinformation and a bit of stubbornness) that kept one of my cars off the road for 2 yrs once. It wasn't an Alfa. I hope never to stumble into such a situation again. You have come into a trove of useful information in this group, especially in tech advisors such as Alfisto Steve. I personally have benefited greatly from them.
