To my knowledge, all US 105/115 GTVs had DOT sealed beams and the rest of the world got H1/H4s. The headlights in question were fitted to non-US 2l Bertone GTVs both left hand drive (105.21) and right hand drive (105.22). The diagram I'm using is, I believe, for a U.K. market car (105.22) that came from a non-US version repair manual. The parts book is a 1st edition (1972) Euro 2l GTV and Spider.
