Removing the switch should be easy. Usually the switch is pushed through the back of of the console and a threaded ring is screwed down from the front. Just unscrew the ring and pull it out.

There are, I think two different wiper motors. One is a 3 wire and the other is a 4 wire (it could be 2 and 3 though). There is a difference in the number of wires coming off the motor.

Either way, they are kind of hard to track down and tend to be expensive.
