checked thru some other electrical posts and you have been having trouble, 105 fuse boxes can be trouble, but I have to ask, did you have any problems before installing the new relay for the headlights? if you still have the old relay, might it help to reinstall it just to confirm that its not part of the problem, some owners (myself included) make cleaning the fuse box connectors part of the regular pm, and it still doesn't prevent problems.
