Seriously, it rings a bell, the question has been asked here or on another forum I read, and I fail to remember a satisfactory reply. I have been wondering if there could be a misspelling of "Minari", whose roadsters were built on Alfasud-33 underpinnings, but I seem to remember that the Minardi name was confirmed.
So I'm sorry I can't help you, but I somehow fail to feel sorry I don't know the car...
