Your kind of right Rossano. Forge dolly means that you use a oxyacetylene torch and heat the weld ( 1 to 1-1/2 inches at a time) to a cherry red (not the panel). Then you forge with a hammer and dolly. Once your done cool the weld with a wet rag. The panel does not warp in this technic. Very good question my friend.
