Oh such slowwww progresss.....
I have been welding up all tacked motor mounts and the tranny mount.
I also have been making all kinds of brackets for the floor pans and
the jacking points needed brackets as well since they used to be welded
to the floors as well as the sills. So lots of work, but little to show.
I also had to repair the spring housing walls, as I had cut into them
to try and fit the stock S2000 motor mounts, and had to punch a hole
in the lower A-arm frame mount to access the new motor mount bolts.
This actually worked out rather well by using a GreenLee 3/4" chassis punch.
I am using allen bolts on the motor mounts with the allen head portion of the
bolt facing down. This was the only way to keep the hole on the a-arm
mount reasonably small, and still access it with an allen, with the lower
a-arm attached. The top nut will be safety wired, and is a lock nut.
I butchered up the stock S2000 headers to get them in. Looks like I will
need to route the two center tubes fowards, then back to the collector.
Found a really neat header and parts source :

The majority of the work has been grinding my crappy welds so that they
at least look presentable.
