Newbie needing some help with 52 Sprint

Hi I am new to the site and was wondering if I could get some info on a 1952 1900 Sprint Coupe. I have recently started taking care of a large collection of cars and one in need of some work is this 1952. The first question I have is the water pump is leaking from the weep hole. Are water pumps avalable or do these need to be rebuilt? The other question is is there a good source for parts for these cars? Any help would be great.
Thanks

No. But I did get a lead from a local Alfa guy who has a customer who just got a pump from AFRA for a 1900ss. He pulls it out and it looks like the same one.
Thanks for your help.

Just so folks know, "91sho" is all taken care of, problem solved. There was some PM-ing going on in the background, thus the appearance of inactivity.
