Cover for steering arm hinge pins

I need a sparepart nr: 1356 45 017, cover for steering-arm hinge-pins. Can anyone provide me with one (or two) of these?
I have tried with AFRA but they do not have them anymore. I have a big crack in one, and another have lost a corner.
