Eric Harrison and myself have been maintaining details of 2600 / 2000 for a number of years, primarily with getting the details of European cars correct, mainly with thanks to both the German and Swiss 2600 clubs.
I have now added the registration form to the files section of the 2600 newsgroup
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/alfa2600 and if you would like your car adding to the register please download the form, complete it and send it back to me.
I will then add the details to the register.
Obviously as some of this data is personal to the individual no details will be published or shared with any agencies outside the register. The registers prime purpose is to track details of cars and owners which may assist future owners tracking previous history of their cars.
In the event that you have a 2600 / 2000 or are thinking of buying if you send the register the chassis details of the car in question we will search the register for any history we have. This data will become more useful the more cars that are registered.
