1900 Zagato Spider
Hello,

here's pictures of a 1900 Zagato Spider. Theses pictures are taken during Oldtimer GP at Nurburgring 2007.

I also saw the car at the OGP two weeks ago....
Checking "le Zagato" by Marchianò about the 1900 SSZ Spyder, he states that two were built.
The first version from March 1957 had the same metallic silver paint and the same hood like the car offered by Thiesen.
The second car had a two-tone paint and was presented 1958 at the Concours d'Elegance in Vernice. This version had an other, longer air intake on the hood. Marchianò stated further that both cars seemed to have disappeared (what doesn't need to be 100% correct, btw).

The answer of the question if this car for sale is indeed the original prototype could become quite interesting.
The Spyder looks better than new, the seller doen't mention any piece of the car history, nor any photo how the car looked before its restoration....
Although I was stunned by its beauty, I got a little bit suspicious by those missing details...
