Pistons & Rings
After trying some of the usual 2600 sources without success, I was happy to discover that Hasting Mfg. Co. still makes and sells piston rings for the 2600. Their part number for the set is 6789 and they will make them to order for about $125, including 12 compression rings (1.6mm) and 6 oil rings (4.0mm). Its good to see you can still get parts for the 2600 from quality manufacturers.
Haven't has as much luck finding piston manufacturers. As far as I know, Borgo was the OEM source for all 2600 pistons, with Mahle as a source for aftermarket replacements. It doesn't appear that either of these companies is still in business. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who knows of a piston manufacturer that still has 2600 pistons in production.

I recently used both Venolia and JB to make pistons for my 102/FNM engines. Having experienced both, I think I'll stick with JB. There's a shop in Socal that is their distributor, and understands Alfas. Of course, you'll get only the pistons, not sleeves. I expect you could find a shop to bore out the sleeves just slightly, and have the pistons made to fit.
I used to use (and sell) Deves rings. The company has been bought and sold a time or two since then, and I hear rumblings about quality and service. I cannot say what is true in this regard. Both the Venolia and JB pistons were provided with rings and wrist pins, so it became moot.

Hastings
Hastings makes rings that will fit every bore size, every ring width and thickness, in multiple designs for all ring positions (alloy and shapes).
Their website list rings in bore size and by design (shape and design) but more importantly if you call them and ask for technical help a very knowledgable lady engineer will direct you to the correct ring type for your application. All you have to know is bore size, ring thickness for each position, ring width or ring land depth for each ring position.
Not only helpful they are not expensive.
By bore site: Manufacturer of Hastings piston rings including Flex-Vent oil rings, compression rings and Hastings racing rings

Venolia made pistons for my 2600 some number of years ago, I could look up the paper work and come up with the order # if this would help.

My own personal experiences with Venolia go back over a period of thirty years and I would not use them again. I think they have failed to update their technology and you can do better with Arias or JE.

Yeah. JE, not JB.
I bought 102 pistons from Venolia in the early 70's, so I went back to them. As I noted, I'll be continuing onward with JE.
