Make sure you drill small holes for the acid to get out of the trapped areas. The hard part about dipping is getting the dipper to take there time when flushing the trapped acid from all the hollow areas of a unibody car. Also when you get the car back, use a Rosebud on your torch to warm up (and bake off) the acid in the seams around the spotwelds.

You might be better off with Walnut and Glass bead blasting as you dont have to worry about potential rot from the acid.
