Terminal 1--one brown wire
Terminal 2--black wire, jumpered to 4, jumpered to 6
Terminal 3--blue wire, jumpered to 7
Terminal 5--one blue&black wire
Terminal 8--one blace&white wire
The footswitch connector has four terminals. Two of them have a single black&white wire each. One terminal has two brown wires, one terminal has two blue&black wires.
