Sunroof Seal Options?

Apparently these are extinct. Is there something from another make or generic that will work? I'd go for an excellent used one if there are no other choices.

I think it is the exact same type of gasket used on my 1998 (through 1994 models) BMW 735i. Might be different total length, but can be cut.
