front end shake

hi, my 1991 164L HAS A STRONG SHAKE IN THE FRONT END WHEN I GO ABOUT 50-55 MPH. I HAVE BALNCED THE TIRES, REPLACED SHOCKS AND STRUTS AND REPLACED THE FRONT LEFT MOTOR MOUNT, IF I AM ACCELERATING AT THIS SPEED THE SHAKING IS SLIGHT WHEN I LET OFF ACCELERAOTR IT GETS WORSE.
EVERY MECHANIC HAS A DIFFERANT IDEA AND I AM NOW TOTALLY CONFUSED. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPERICIATED

A speed related vibration is usually tire/wheel related. In addition to wheel balance, you need to check:

1) If either front wheel is bent. Might not be visible to the naked eye

2) If any of the tires have internal damage such as a shifted ply

front end shake

i've had the wheels balanced and even rotated rear tires to front. i mean its possible , but the chances that all 4 tires or rims are bad seems slim, unless just one tire or rim could cause it. could it be a tie rod?
