I hear a leak and it sounds like it's coming from the flex pipes... Are there any other options other than having a shop weld in a new set? Is the entire exhaust system different between the S and B/L? Thanks.

Yes S system different from B/L but you can interchange entire system but not pieces except rear mufflers. S rear muffler to B/L is a nice upgrade not the other way around.
