Need relays!!!

I NEED 4 164 relays. Pictures will explain where they are better than I can.

pic 1: I tried making a new ground here, but I dont trust it. Anyone have a spare? Its running from the steering to a ground just in front of it.

Pic 2: This is above all the fuses, directly above the blinker fuse.

Pic 3: Just behind the glove box on the pass. side and stuck up in a whole bunch of wires. This one i REALLY need, i think it makes the blinkers go buzerker!

Pic 4: These are from the left side of the steering wheel. They are usually clipped on to the side of it.

Picture 1 What is that mess of strands for somebody trying to ground steering column? Does horn work?
Picture 2 no relay goes in E4 socket jumper bar is correct.
Picure 3 what is Alfa part number on box in your hand? Don't recognize it is it under glove box area?
Picture 4 to blurred to recognize is it under steering column?

Pic 1: It was a ground that overheated/caught fire. I made a new ground from scratch but i dont trust it. Yup the horn works, but some of the switches dont (hi/low beams, blinkers, hazards, whipers). Its more for a peice of mind, if i know that cant be the problem I can just move on to something else.

Pic 2: uhhh, yeahhh, i knew that! Just testing ya

Pic 3: This one I had to dig for under/behind the glove box area. The PO was digging up there for something, i saw the wires hanging down he never put back. I will check the part numbers of the big black box.

Pic 4: Ya, sorry about the bad photo. The picture is turned on its side, steering wheel on the bottom, fuses on the top, missing relays in the middle.

Picture 1 again --What was ends of "ground" wire attached to and was there any insulation left and what color was it?

Picture 4 needs brake relay holder has no relay just red fuse and its wiring. green holder has wiring but no relay on my car.
