Seafoam

I Seafoamed my 164 today, wow the smoke... but after she idles smoother and even feels a bit better in the upper rpm range..great stuff.I out half a can in thru the oil hose inlet on the air intake. and the rest in the tank,

I am unfamiliar with this treatment. Is this a sludge cleaner for the oil galleys?

It cleans the back of the valves and the complete intake track. Ive used it for years on other vehicles

I'm guessing this is available at the local parts store? Is it harmful to the catalyst or O2 sensor?
