It looks like it is the hose going from the rear valve cover to the oil separator. This is a molded hose. If you use a straight hose, it will collapse at the bend. In a crunch, yes you can go to a parts store to see whether you can find a hose with a bend (19mm or 3/4" ID should be the size). You can even use a straight hose with a spring like device (that you can find in stores) to prevent the hose from collapsing. Also, keep in mind that if you use coolant hose they will not last long because they are not designed to resist oil!
I just replaced this hose on mine using a 3/4 in hydraulic hose and a nylon barbed 90 degree elbow, both from the local fleet farm store.
