Another bearing I got from them is a NTN 6200LLUC3 which is bearing with rubber seals and one I use on front of cooling fan to help keep water out of bearing in the rain.
This 6200 series size bearing also fits the motor on my Sears Craftsmen table saw.

I just did two motors and used one with rubber seal in front instead of metal seal hoping that that would be a better bearing to keep moisture out better.
Once you remove fan blade nut by going clockwire aka righty loosey in this case as Bob says use a dremel tool to grind away aluminum holding steel washer which is over bearing.
Once bearing replaced use two part expoxy like JB weld or loctite brand to hold bearing in place.
You can pull rear bearing with a battery post two arm puller.
