thanks for the welcome!
maybe I made a mistake writing here... is this the registry for American Quads only?
well... anyway I'll tell my short story :-D
I purchased the car about a year and a half ago. Since then I have enjoy the car a lot, but not as much as I'd liked... some tech issues appeared, and now it's in and stand-by status.
the colour is rosso proteo, with no extra options (I far as I know, in Spain only Recaro Seats and sunroof were extra options)
a pic:
thanks a lot for your collaboration (I mean... future help! :-P )

Informally it is for American Q's but all are welcome. Think of it as a brotherhood. We all share the same parts and problems. Nice looking Q!
Thinking I should start a Q4 Register. I know of two now!

Hey Lenard, Pay attention here as you and the rest of us can learn something about Q4's. Just speak up and say your part about yourself. The Q Register came about late last year because there were so many questions about how many were imported.
Yes, the 164 forum is a great place to post your questions about your problems. Since there are only but 2 or 3 in this country, can't vouch how much help you can get. But the AlfaBB is world wide so there are others with Q4's that might know how to resolve your issues.
What is your source for Q4 production.

My Q4 is problem free to date but you know it is an Alfa so I will not say that out loud.
Nice looking Q4 my Q4 is black with black Recaro int and no sunroof or cruise cont. It was sold in Germany new and how it got here I will never know.

thanks for your comments. As far as I have seen up to now, is more info about the Q4 in AlfaBB than in any other place, so I'll try to learn from you and try to make my small contribution.
My source for Q4 production... first I ask a guy that post a Q4 video in you-tube. This means 0% trustful, but later I read here in AlfaBB the same figure, 1.206 units produced... so as we say in Spain "when the river sounds, it carries water". I think that I'll sould ask the archivio storico... but I feel embarrased asking for a 1994 car production...

Well, if this registry is to include the Less spectacular than "Q's", but still significant 4 cam 164's I'd like to chime in with my just acquired '94 164LS. Of course, here in the States, we got a lot of the 2 cam cars, but only 2 years worth of the 4 cammers. VeloceDoc if you can hear me, I bought this car for the same price I paid you years ago for that blue 164L, my 1st 164. I am the second owner. Can someone enlighten me on the evolution of the 164?
The 164 was such a sweet car to leave us colonials with, a shame we got so few of them.
Also, who has the figures for the "last gasp" cars Alfa brought to the States... Bueller, anyone?

I think the link appears to be broken to acces the Q register....anyone.
Also I think it is possible to keep up a worldwide register for the S, Q and Q4.
I'm building (together with other Dutch enthousiasts) a new 164 site, for everybody all over the world. We are working on it still, if everything works we will throw it online before the end of this year.

164Q REGISTER OF NORTH AMERICA
I am very busy with a new business and have had very little time to sit on the bb and help out with problems. I will be at Oakland and hope to make the French Italian show with the 1994Q.
