Thank you, Mr. C., for your vote of confidence in my work. I'd be happy to solder up some cables for those in need. However, since there's no 'special' equipment involved, virtually anyone can make their own. All that's needed is a propane torch (I use a Benz-o-matic?; the kind used to sweat small diameter copper pipe) and rosin core solder. The rosin core habit is from my electronics repair days since it does not attack the copper wire the way acid core solder can. Now this is for the ring terminal end of the cable, not the battery end.
The battery end gets the usual crimp type cable end. An option here though is to use a marine style battery that have threaded studs and use ring terminals at both ends of the cable.
Another option is get the proper gauge pre-made cable with the molded on battery terminal end and just solder the already crimped on ring terminal.
