To answer your q's, I believe you want to set your yellows at a little over full soft on the fronts and full soft on back for normal street driving. For AutoXing and 'brisk' street driving you will have to test as you go. Whatever feels good to you and your driving style is the 'correct' settting.If you have not changed out your bushings, I would also do that before any wild changes to the shock settings, as time and money permit.
I am running 195x60x14's on the stock Turbina rims and love it. I could go to 205 but will wait for 6" rims.
