the gear lever is just an indicator of movement that could be coming from anywhere. I wouldn't tear into any more components until you are sure it is not something simple.
does it vibrate with the car stooped and out of gear?
coasting?
you prolly already checked those thoughts out. but that should tell you if it is in the driveline or wheels. good luck, got to hand it to you, you have tried a lot of things already.
