These are some pics of a car that was up for auction on ebay
in Feb. of this year. (I know the pic quality is low, but since so
few of these cars are out there and photographed, I found them
interesting.) The car was in Spain, I’m not sure if it
sold—the reserve wasn’t met.

It’s a 1975 group2 car prepped by Autodelta. The owner listed
in his description that it finished 3rd overall in the 1975 Tour de Corse.
He also stated figures that there were between
8 and 12 of these cars made.

Some of the learnings they got from this car were probably
transferred into the making of the later Turbodelta cars.

Check out the AP 4 piston calipers with the
custom mounts on the transaxle.
Pretty cool set up—and much quicker to
change/adjust than the factory design.

I’d love to know how Autodelta prepped the transaxle to
handle the rallies. I would think that they converted
it to a dogbox with a straight-cut gearset.
Does anyone have knowledge of this?
