The towing laws in EU are a little different. I do wonder if they are safe laws, however. I've seen pictures of Milanos being towed on a trailer by a Volvo 240 station wagon. The weight of the trailer + Milano is more than the Volvo. Doesn't make for safe cornering or downhill braking.
But a race GTA on a trailer is probably almost the weight of the Milano ...
