The pressure relief valve is built in the oil pump. It's a small piston with a spring. You have to take the oil pump off and check that piston.
It could be jammed due to a scored piston or liner...
You could need a new oil pump.
Normaly to take the oil pump out is an engine out job. But if you have access to the right tools you can take it out without removing the engine. Talk to Anthony. To reach the oil pump you have to remove the lower pan of the oil sump.
