I am debating as to whether or not to find a good used driveshaft or replace with a new one. Has anyone replaced their driveshaft with a new one offered by Centerline or International? I was curious as to whether the expense is worth it.
I had a nice chat with Jim (papajam) a few days ago. We were troubleshooting a big problem I am having with a bad vibration in the dirveshaft. We went through a few things and I am acting on them now.

I took the rear driveshaft into a shop to have the u-joint changed. It was binding so I decided to eliminate this variable. When the guy looked at it, he said, "Oh, is this out of an MG?" MG? So I went onto an MG bulletin board and sure as heck, it looked almost identical to the Alfa driveshaft. I read about a guy who built a new driveshaft from parts right out of the Spicer catalogue. Has anyone done this before?
