We dont have any real "high speed" tracks here in Denmark, so it is usually easy to get rather close to the cars. This event, however, is arranged in the city streets of copenhagen. The fencing put up for a weekend, made of haybales or concrete blocks. It gets you even closer than at any track - really great, and perfect for photography.
Yup, the yellow car is a Saab 96 - from sweden obiously
- the Saab certainly looks cool, but was way too slow too be a serious competitor. I always wondered how it used to be so succeful in rallying with that tiny 2-stroke engine.
A large number of drivers came over from sweden - incl. the two Alfa 1600GTA's
