Problem with emblematic is they are not taking new projects until Spring 2013, have a 2-yr turnaround and will cost $200-$250 because of the colours. I checked with a local cloisonné jeweler and he wants nothing to do with this (apparently it's not art or is below him). The email he sent me seems like I insulted him for even asking if he wanted to try. I guess I can try the Cleveland Institute or Art. They are always spitting out starving artists.
